Subject: Some thoughts....

Ahhhh....what a refreshing week this has been. A little controversy, Judd and Phil come out of the woodwork. It's about time!!! You two toolsheds are .500, which is great the way this year's league is going. A quick fact...there are just 2 games that separate the #7 playoff seed from the #15 seed -- unfortuneately Hot Gravy has nearly mathamatically eliminated from the playoffs.
Speaking of the Gravy...they might want to get together with Ewen and "what the" Hecht. I was offered the following trade this week: Gravy gets Michael Vick and Travis Taylor (fresh off a 35 point week) for Donovan McNabb. Huh?
Hey Bartley...lame smack. C'mon, I know the squad is down this year, but you should be able to put something together that's better than that!!
I wish the Replacements and Boat hadn't played in Week 1. What a matchup that would be right now.
There are really no intriguing matchups this week. I guess the one with the most is #1 PoonTangens vs #16 Hot Gravy, as the Gravy goes for the record.
Where is Brad Bell?? Brad's usually good for some smack -- and he's 7-2, and could finally run some, but there's no Brad to be seen. The last time I saw Brad was at the OSU-NU game and he was with his lady friend. Maybe he's got the Judd-syndrome. But, at least Judd's planning a wedding, and "meetun" the "locals" and such in C-Tucky.
The Clubbers have their backs against the wall this week. We need a win badly against the hapless Titos, and we're calling on Danny Kanell to run the show this week. It needs to be a springboard week into our matchup with the PoonTangens next week. That will have us at 5-6 and primed for 3 doubleheader weeks with both Marshall Faulk and the Man himself, Michael Vick.
So..in closing...special props from the Commissioner's Office to all who have participated on the message board. Did we really expect The General and Lans Mastre to post?? No...at least I didn't. Quint, whey-yaat?? You're usually good for a couple classic posts.
