Hey Brad, go ahead and put 1000 bones on me to defend my 2003 FFFL Championship. I should be about a 2:1 favorite after I roll through the playoffs this year.

As for your previous post, I too am wondering why I made that trade with Ewen. I guess it boils down to a couple of things and that is my trash is most owners in this league's treasure. Pennington and Smith were scrubs for me and I thought I could improve my D and my kicker which is my only possible weak point. I know it was a lopsided trade and it will probably put Ewen in the playoffs, but I did it out of the goodness of my heart b/c many of you don't know this but Ewen has been going through a very tough time recently. He recently had a tragedy strike his FFFL family. Last week he had to file a missing persons report for the Co-captain of his sinking ship, Shawn Kreifels. Kreifels has not been seen or heard from since the bowler thieved Marc Bulger on draft day. Ewen has been distraught over this disappearance and with it being the holiday season it was the least I could do.

Bartley, start packing up that trophy and get ready to send it south to its rightful owner in Lincoln, NE. I will roll through the playoffs and join the elite fraternity of FFFL champions. I've lost count, but how many years in a row is this that the Nads have been on the outside looking in on the playoffs.....
