That would be an easy one for me...to go back to February 1983 and warn myself to not catch a rebound on a fast breakaway in my high school basketball so I wont have a knee injury and have three surgeries later on. (AND I still want to continue my football career!

Oh yeah...on a better note, early in 2001 to have myself checkup more often to prevent a life-threatening stroke I suffered from.
