i dont think he is getting tired of you, but what i do think is this you have been together now for over a year he feels comfortable with you now, so now he wants to hang with his friends, he might think you dont care or dont mind, all guys do that i know cause everyone that i know is going through it or went through it lol.
you can always ask him if he is getting tired of you, and ask him what is going on with him now dont second guess him just come right out and ask him. dont make yourself crazy with wondering.
