Toby,

Let's start a new thread or else YL will accuse me of "abusing" his name etc again.

Well, I was just making inference from what you wrote (which might not actually be what Fr. Coglan said). You can say that I was mis-interpreting but I was definitely not mis-quoting. Actually, I was trying to tell you that the argument you quoted.

We all know that most if not all priests in HK are respectable servants of God. That's why I was so surprised when I read your argument.

You read it again carefully yourself.

If the argument looks like this:

Priests = non-priests hence Schools with priests = Schools without priests

then it is okay, but the one you quoted looks like this:

Homosexuals=Heterosexuals hence Schools with "homosexual" priests = Schools without priests

The second part will only be a logical conclusion of the first part if you consider priests as "homosexuals" and non-priests as "heterosexuals" which of course is NOT TRUE.

You see?

Don't have the patience to go through the BS logic of you. But I think it is clear in all our mind that all the Jesuit priests that we know were and are absolutely respectable, no doubt about that.
