Talking about Lam Chi Keung, Paul Chan told me that his computer was heavily corrupted by viruses. After that he kind of never to touch computers again. Do you think it will be of any use if I e-mail him ?

Hi there,
Just dropby and I m not a class of 80.
Fung Sub is kinda pain in the ass, try to find a Chinese therapyist. "拔罐" or (butt koon ) is very helpful to release the pain.
I stop surfing for a while cos of fung sub. After butt koon treatment, it's much better but still a little pain in the rainy days.
BTW, I met Ho Fu Wah in Tai Long Beach, H.K, he hiked around there. Pretty good~~~~~~~~~...

Regards,

Andy Leung

Thanks Andy for advice.

Saw a Chinese therapist before and he wasn't sure of the cause and therefore has not done any butt koon for me. And it is not exactly pain in the ass for me, it's pain in the ankle. I hiked with Ho Fu about 2 weeks ago for a mere 3 hour and my ankle hurted so much so that I couldn't even finish the whole thing and waited in the middle of nowhere for rescue.....

Thanks anyway.

Hi Lam,
Severe fung sub is kinda pain in the ass, its getting worst later. I try to type in Chinese, reply me if you cant see in your computer.
"風濕成因皆因 : 人虛招風入體, 後成濕",所以治標方法從調理身體入手, 再加上拔灌方法去除風寒.
I have my fung sub in my backbone, close to the lumbar support. Its not so severe but stop me from surfing.
Before having the therapy, just like the old man said, I can forecast the weather before the storm/rain comes. The condition went bad, feeling just like a pain in the ass, I went to see the Chinese doctor. Now the fung sub is not totally cured but much better than before.
My grandmom has severe fung sub for many years, each time she went to see the doctor, she's given aesperine pills only, just releasing her from pain~~~~...
I m not the pro in "fung sub", I can share my experience. Find a good Chinese doctor, have a detail body check, see which kind of treatment need to be undertaking. Hopes it may help you.
BTW, did u hike w/ Ho Fu Wah in 龍脊 or somewhere else?

Regards,

Andy

Another big 'thank you', Andy. Now I can see why it is pain in the ass for you (hehe!)

Tpying in Chinese is fine for me, I am using Windows 2000 in office and XP at home. And that is a very good insight of the casue of fung sub. Where did you learn all that ?

No, I didn't hike in 龍脊 with Ho Fu, we did that far away in England.

BTW, you said you are from class 80, I gather you must be from Wah Yan, which year are you from then ?

Well I have had knee trouble since about 1981 since I was 17 years old! I have been talking some arthiritis drugs on a non regular basis but I have discovered a 'natural remedy' - research into any suppliments that contains GLUCOSAMINE - helps to regenerate cartilage and promote joint functions. I find it useful and taking it helps me maintain my regular exercise. TRY IT LAM! Ding

Thanks, Ding Ding. But please give me some clues as to what will contain the glucosamine that you are talking about.

Glucosamine is found naturally in cartilages ("soft bone') e.g. chicken and shark cartilages.

Go into Watson, I am sure you will find a whole lot of different over-the-counter "Glucosamine" supplements (just like Vitamin supplements), but don't ask me which is best. Anyone will do I suppose, if there really is Glucosamine inside.

My friend who is a pharmacist thinks the body absorbtion rate of glucosamine is low. He thinks it might be useless to some people but he was the one who recommended me!!!!! There seems to be different articles about it - pros and cons. Ask Dr. A. Cheng. He is a physician I am not.
