No, I don't think so. My biological clock may be an hour off, but my computer clock is not.

Because the clock on the server (in US, I supposed) has been turned back one hour (winter, daylight saving time).

We haven't. So the time stamp is one hour early for us.

Shun has. So the time stamp is correct for him.

See?

Effectively what you said is that the US server is stupid enough of not knowing that their clcok has been turned ?

Well, more or less.

You will be amazed and amused to see just how stupid some people/machines could be.

A computer is always stupid (at least, up to date, AI is still a Holywood Scific film), it just follows your instructions.

The author of the software which writes the time stamp could be:
1. stupid enough or 2. ego-istic enough to assume everyone on earth has switched to day-light saving time.
or more probably, he just couldn;t care less about users in other time zones.
