I can help you to shop for better prices here for sure - I know a few travel agents here plus I can use some of my entertainment book coupons for booking I am sure. By the way, there are more stuffs to see and do here than what Jason has mentioned. For free dinning the Norwegian Cruise Liner is good. By free dinning it means you can dine in any of the restaurants anytime on board but I actually recommend the traditional dinning procedure as the quality of food is superior. The Hollander and Princess seem to be more popular among Chinese tourists. When in Vancouver, We can go for some really hearty hikes and for sure I have confidence cooking rack of lamb as good as Ho Fu can! I use port wine, rosemary, garlic, olive oil, Djorn mustard and Dark sugar to marinate and slow barbecue it mainly with smoke. I also put orange and lemon peels on top of the charcoal to enhance the fruity/smoky flavour.

Shun, where were you at our Wah Yan AGM? I was looking for you but...

Thought it was too much for my little one to stay for 3+ hours in the AGM. Regarding cruise, I also think Holland is good as it seems to be more traditional - I think old cakes like us would like its style. If I am able to get a few leaflets this weekend, I will send Lam a copy.
