Tothian insists that he is not guessing, but simply describing what he knows to be the truth using his superpower vision. Al Franken's 2005 book The Truth (with Jokes) contains an epilogue featuring a 2015 letter to his grandson named Barack: "I'll never forget the moment I first saw you in the maternity ward at the hospital, and your mother asked me to suggest a name. In retrospect, I guess it was kind of an obvious choice, but at the time I had no idea that Barack would soon become America's second most popular baby name, after Aidan." In other words, Franken in 2005 predicted that Obama would be the 2008 candidate for president. This was more than a year before Obama even said he'd run, let alone was perceived as a serious threat to Hillary. It remains to be seen whether the other half of Franken's prophecy comes true, but so far he's doing a heckuva lot better than ol' Toth, and without even claiming super-vision.
