And let me say a word to the peanut gallery, the Jwv's the Tinas, ( the names change , perhaps as their dogs develop : ) the various cheerleaders that have turned what was once a half interesting, half diverse, forum into little more then a tired DKH commercial-- with a decidedly backwater flavor. I don't have time for hoorahs, don’t expect me to spin my fingers at what David himself so derisively refers to as the “brain trust” and David you probably ought not to let the the praise of such a choir go to your head.

You presume to tell me anything in such a manner ? Have you lost your barrings? The photo will be staying. Not that I think it’s particularly important or “sells” much for me, you need to get over your self shorty, and spell my last name right next time. You having a hard time selling cows ? The shrinking demographic of the yellow board taking a bite out of your bottom line ? The wife getting ready to take half ? The “everybody should buy my dogs cause I have a farm thing wearing thin ? You short a cash ? You should just say so. I might feed one of your dogs, and pay you in a year if it’s not cripple, blind, and retarded.

I got a suggestion for you, if you really think the world needs a 130 lb. cow chasers, cross the only real cow dog you have, the Mccallum, to a boerboel; and then go back.

The photo I have, you sent me, I think that makes it mine. I’m not up on the legal status, sue me if you want to. Secondly, it's not even a dog you bred. I know perhaps that fact has been lost since you built your kennel on Nighttrain, but the fact is he rightfully should hold another mans kennel name.

And while were at it what is the truth on Night Train anyway ? You told me he was sent as a puppy, and yet I heard it from a man very close to the source, that he came over as an adult and you, with the usba's help, just re-registered him ? He’s probably reading now, better hope he still needs usba papers :)

Anyway whatever the story you didn't breed the dog, you just inbred him lol. Hey when was the last time anybody ever got a written pedigree on one of your dogs by the way ??

I too have a distaste for hypocrisy David, so I’ve found it increasingly difficult to listen to your mountain top refrains, as the reality that you peddle roughly the same dubious DNA as everybody else has become evident over the years. But I've refrained from popping your ballon on this forum for a variety of reasons. Not least cause Blackwell ( the usba ) so consistently rides your jock I fear a fellow might run into troubles, with his USBA paper work if he was to speak less then graciously of the Kansahoma cabal, perhaps this will be enough. If so well... that’s something all should bare in mind regards the USBA ( and by the way John, you know the man never fails to point out that you don’t do anything with your dogs ? But I guess that insures you need him to give your dogs his stamp of approval ? ) Anyway, that’s not the only reason I refrained, I once liked you DKH, the whiskey drinking you, the honest you, the off the forum guy who will admit a Boerboel isn’t worth 300 dollars, not the salesman with the the anti-salesman rhetoric who is at least as much about money as anybody else.

But if you want to try and shame me in a public forum, for posting photos of a dog that’s behind mine and giving you more respect there, in text, than you perhaps deserve. Well the unintended benefit of site traffic aside, you may piss me off. I may stop pulling punches, find the time, and the forum to tell you, and who ever else is reading, what I really think, and what I know, about you and your dogs.

If you wanted something from me you should have contacted me privately, the answer would have still been no, most likely. But who knows the conversation might have a taken a turn for the productive, we have had some good ones. There is much about you that I like, you’re smart, you write well ( if your wife is leaving I hope she’s not the one that’s been writing your emails... oh nooo ) As a breeder you got on my short list and cutting you down is a bit silly as you’re still a better bet then most, but the bet is a long shot period. And it ain’t much better with you then anybody else, were all breeding from the same handful of dogs... the rest is mostly marketing noise.. whether it comes from what passes for a mountain top in Kansas or elsewhere.
