Hey John,
Our first boerboel came from Cammie in May, 2006. Her name is Tippy and she is the most WONDERFUL girl!! We were fortunate in that we were able to visit with Cammie when we got Tippy (she was in TN at that time) and she was great! Her dogs were all happy and well cared for. Cammie has always been wonderful to me over the years with advice and any information BB related. During the time mentioned above I was actually unaware of it until at least a year later. I do know it was a hard time for her... she had some personal issues and became extremely ill to the point of she may not have made it had her mom not come out and moved her home with her to CA.
*My best advice to anyone interested in a breeder is if AT ALL possible, visit them in person. Next best scenario, talk to as many of their puppy owners as possible.
I myself bought a male dog the following year from a different lady who I was not able to visit in person. She sounded great, but when the dog came he was in pitiful condition. He died at 3.5 y.o. due to extremely poor physical health. *I learned alot from that experience.

Best of luck in your search!! *I am actually getting another female from Cammie, she is 5 months old and should be coming the first of April. Please feel free to contact me if you wish!
