Subject: Bear, 10-Month-Old Male in Kill Shelter

I was just notified about a 10-month-old male that is in a high kill shelter in Washington, DC. The shelter can only hold him for another 24 - 48 hours before he will be euthanized. I only received the notice a few hours ago, so time is of the essence. I expect that we have until the end of the day on July 18th or 19th.
