I do believe fully in Vit C being given starting as a young pup and throughout a dogs lifetime. I stopped Storms after he finished growing and in hindsight wish that I had continued. The book I got my info from is "How To Have A Healthier Dog" and it was written by 2 vets after 25yr study on Grade 4 dysplastic German Shepherds.

The 2:2 hip score at six years of age was info provided to another Ontario breeder and I told her it was OVC, which is the equivalent of an US OFA rating. He was 0:0 penn Hip when I purchased him as a young pup, and because I do not know or trust the PennHip testing as the dog isn't finished growing when this is done I had him done later in life by the Ontario Vet College!

As to Zola, I have her medical records, they were sent to me from the US. I have been in touch with Spitsvuur Kennel and had not been told of any health concerns in relation to Zola and would like to hear more about the previous litters and any health problems that may have occurred of course these may not be related to Zola but may be contributed to the male as previously stated

2 FCI judges have taken pictures of Spirit and Missy to take back to their countries to show what a Boerboel should look like. Yes I am proud of that!

I am new to the breed and think we would be better off if we could be kinder to each other and work together for the betterment of the breed. To me if you have decent structure and a stable temperament, everything else can be fixed. You cannot get correct structure from a badly put together Boerboel, and you a bad temperament can only be corrected to a certain degree.

If you have any questions about my breeding program or dogs I own just let me know. I am honest and want to remain that way.

Thanks....
