John - I emailed you 3 times a couple weeks ago and didn't get a reply back. I emailed you at JBlack123@aol.com. I even sent it from 2 different email addresses of mine to ensure there wasn't a problem with my server sending it.

What is the new USBA address? And how do I get a litter registration application?
What should I tell the lady who sent the registration in on the dog I bought from her? She sent the paperwork to the address in OK.
Maybe you can tell me if you received it? It's paperwork on a Brindle male named Powerline's Fully Loaded.

Michelle
