More importantly...how does he move? Is he sound? How is his temperament? And, does he have good muscle tone/power?

Quality is more important than quantity (# of pounds). Of course, people that get boerboels (or myself with my Swinford dogs) desire enough size to be impressive, but that is done pretty much with any 100# dog IF THE DOG IS QUALITY.
