Subject: where are you getting your ideas from??

Where are you getting your ideas and theories? First off no wild offspring are eating any moving prey r meals at that age. Secondly, those pups are not getting the adequate feedings that they need per body weight for optimal growth. SOme of the larger are probably getting more than they need and quite obviously the smaller are not getting adequate nutrition.

Even at that age, while they may have teeth, momma would still be tearing food, regurgiating ect.

Raw is the best way to go, undoubtedly, however your methods are not at all a good idea.
The wire those pups are standing on is very dangerous. Un-natural to say the least and if a pup gets a foot hung, and your not around, imagine the damage and injury that can cause. Not to meantion causing the pups feet to grow and form in an unnatural way as well. Spreading toes, separating pads and causing them to walk funny.

Ground or cubed meat is the way to go, individually fed to each individual pup if your going that route. Or at least spaced ina group where each pup can get its fair share.

Feeding them with a hanging meat carcas is not building prey drive. the pups aren't "going after" anything. They are overworking joints and muscles they shouldn't be at this young of an age. Working that hard for food is making them use way more calories than necessary. They get wore out after eating not from full tummies, but obviously from exhaustion of trying to eat.

lets dangle a steak on a string over your head and put you on unsteady footing and let you get hungry... with a bunch of other hungry men... what is this teaching you??
