Why would you even play the race card? That reflects more on you than it does the readers and participants of this board IMO, for I had no idea what your skin color was. If you notice, many of the people that we work with are black. Skin tone makes no difference to me. I also don't care how old you are. In fact, some of the best people I have dealt with have been young...in their early 20's...as they often have more time and energy than do older generations....so I wouldn't hold that against you either. I also told others that they have no business calling animal control on you based upon what is seen in the video. I think you are going about things the wrong way entirely, but I don't think you are "abusing" animals to a point that animal control needs to be involved. Instead, I think you just need guidance. Finally, the "whip" we use in PP training isn't used to "elicit a response" but is used to test a dog's commitment to a psychological challenge. It doesn't hurt the dogs physically. I don't know anything about David Harris throwing pups down a well...and if he did (which I don't know)...then I would say he is a peace of crap regardless of the many other favorable things he has done. That, IMO, is an unexceptable method of culling and I hope you are misinformed on that matter.

Second, all of my replies to you have been about YOUR PRACTICES...not you personally, but behavior. Unlike skin tone and age...a behavior is something we choose...and we are free to change to better ways at any time.

I found nothing wrong with your cage...or even the feeding method in of itself. What I found error in was doing this with all the pups at the same time causing some to get beat up every time they try to come forward. That is not the best way to raise young pups. If you want to feed them that way, you need to do so with only 1 or 2 at a time.

One last thought...threatening that a post "better not get deleted" is probably the best way to make sure it is deleted. You should retract that threat if you want to make sure your post isn't deleted.
