If you didn't care, why would you post your rant? Because you do care and you are hurt because you feel that everyone hates the young black guy. The attitude that people have towards those that have your color of skin is what bothers you. You feel that people think your stupid, you're a thug and that you're just less because of the color of your skin. But who hates the black guy? Society or you yourself? It's a shame that you give credence to that sentiment. It's a shame that you believe that of your people. It's a shame that you've allowed your being to be stripped down to a stereotype. Cognizant and accepting of the self-defeating thought that others can judge you based on your race.

Instead of rejecting that notion and those Jesse Jacksons of the world that express that same destructive self hate, you embrace it and wrap it around you as a security blanket. Afterall, you can't be judged or held responsible for your own individual actions....it's because your black. In your view public perception is skewed by your race, NOT by your own actions.

I genuinely feel sorry for those people in your race that have worked hard to make something of themselves, just as anyone from any other race can do. Who have earned respect from the people they meet by showing them who they are. Who have demonstrated that blacks are just as equal as any other race. Those people have to carry the baggage of others in their race who choose to accept a self imposed inequality. But the irony is that those people don't need nor do they want my pity, since they have completely rejected the notion of being solely identified by their race. They don't allow people like yourself to affect them, they just keep marching on. But regardless, in reflection I realize that it doesn't make it any easier on them.

Shame on you. Don't blame blacks or your perverted assumptions of what people think of them, for defense of your own actions. You made your bed......have the balls to lie in it, without dragging your whole culture in with you. If you can defend yourself on a public forum, then do so. If you can't, then change so that one day you can defend and be proud of yourself. So that one day you can make your culture proud of you.
