Subject: Truman

To make a long story short... My husband was in a serious car accident back in March. Broke his hip, pelvis, arm and elbow. He was in the hospital for 2 weeks, then a week at a rehab hospital for therapy. I decided that all 4 of our dogs had to go into boarding due to being at the hospital most of the time, taking care of our 3yo child, 3 cats and tons of reptiles. Dan came home from rehab, we got our 3 oldest dogs back but Truman, our 9m BB was sent to a board and train facility for 4 weeks. We were very unsure about him being in the house due to Dan's injuries. We had to be very careful of any of the dogs rough housing around Dan, due to the possibility of dislocating his hip. Now mind you, it has been a difficult journey for the past couple of months. Lots of tears, emotions going up and down, trying to keep everyone on the right path, etc. There hasn't been alot of laughter in our household. Until this... The following morning that Truman was brought home, I come out of our den and see Truman coming out of my bedroom...

Truman tried to drink out of the toilet while Fiona's toilet seat was on it!!!

As you can see, he's depressed, but Bella is laughing at him in the background!

It was the best laughter I've had in a long time!
