Hello newbie here. I think you got something wrong the key word isn`t "have" but "had" an etc,etc,etc reationship. Buffy has moved on more than once actualy,once with spike ewww let`s not go there, and it`s about time Angel does so. Who shoud he pick? It`s not like he had a choice cordy is...well she is cordy anyone would fall in love with her. She is offering him things that buffy never did plus they have know each other for quite a while it`s the not so clasic story of falling for your best friend. Now the conor
can be easily explained.

For me it`s pretty simple the cordy we re watching isn`t the cordy we know. First we don`t how one moment she was higher been and then simple mortal. Then she comes with amnesia if the ptb wanted to help by sending cordy back wouldn`t they send her with her memories including those of the "higher plane"? And now she breakes havoc between the gang by sleeping with connor a probably planed blow to split the gang and hurt Angel. Plus let`s not forget the inside job in gwen`s place, ruling out gwen and gunn any of cordy or angel could have spiked the drings and cut the power. Then it`s not cordy the one doing all the wrekage but a spy probably by the beast, like when she bumps into him and he doesn`t kill her and leading connor to his birth place so he can freck out about he being born in the place the beast was raised.

And if this alll doesn`t convince you what`s worst cordy sleeping with connor out of pitty and hey world ending or Buffy sleeping with spike out of i can`t-think-of-a-single-reason?

Cordy is the better person for angel they both have a good relationship with each other and plus they are both champions and although buffy was a champion she is a slayer.... end of story cordy and angel 4ever
