Subject: 1st of new issues from Lady Redlizzie

We are a guild with a privildege abilitie to be able to provide to other members .. reason we have high levels who are able to gather the things we give to others not to mention that these peeps have huge hearts that make this possiable there fore the following is on the table for approval
Any inventory that each member is prvilileged to attain that he or she can not use or dont feel they can use for further chars they may donate it to the guild
When any item is given to a guild member it is understood this item is to be used by them it is not to be sold for anyreason. When members are done with items give to them they will return it back to the guild so that others may also use it when needed,
Remember giving to each other is something we all can do and I dont know about u but it makes me feel great to help others
I hope to put this issue into our bylaws but it has to be voted on by my board of offciers
please post your feelings on this issue

I assume this is to me (selling drops for $$ for crafting). Anything handed down to me gets handed down to others. Some drops that i obtain thru farming and lvling, I turn around toward my crafting so that i can be the guild WC. However some such as certian sheilds and armor, I will hand down. Some of the items you and maybe friarbob saw me selling were items i can obtain again, or others already have in stock. If you see me selling items, chances are they are easy for me to obtain and will do so at another time.

I dont remembering directing this to anyone person let me reread what I wrote... nope no names mentioned therefore do not put words into my mouth ,,, if u read a post by nicol on items he has to donate was an excellant post that I am repeating and want pased as a guild by law .
I can only ask and can make a guild bylaw .. what each individual does after that is thier choice u each pay your monthly fee to play this game how u choose to do so .
You will just choose to do it in another guild if this law is passed violations will be just cause for any member to be asked to leave RRR. We are a family of great strength of character and heart. I will protect the reputation at all costs. For such a small guild we have gained a reputation as givers ... and yea a rep for the guild with all the lizzeys but thats another story .....

Here is my view (and you will find i mostly agree with Red). I look at it as two issues:

1) Personal loot - Any item you obtain on your own should be yours to do as you please. If you can't use it, donation to the guild is encouraged, but shouldn't be required.

2) Guild loot - Any item that's been donated to the guild, given to you by a guildie, or is aquired at a guild raid event is guild property. It's purpose is to help members of the guild. If it is no longer useful to you, then save it and pass it on to someone else who can use it. It should not be sold since no one else can use it once it's been sold, and some items are very difficult to re-acquire.

Let me emphasize again that I don't care about personal loot. You put in the effort, you do with it however you please. I just don't want to see guild loot being sold for profit. They are there for people who want to use them. They are not a means of financing crafting. If you need cash, there are other means of generating a steady cash flow. Generally, I have given generous donations to crafters anyway, and will be happy to help finance guild crafters in the future.

That is what I said but as u all know my words dont exactly come out or come across as I intend them to mean but what rynwan said in very elegant and professonal way is exactly what I mean ... well done Rywan thank u

In addition to those points already made, this is a big one:

Any loot acquired during a GUILD RAID is PROPERTY of the guild, not the person that gets it during the autosplit.

All loot acquired in such a manner will be distributed to those needing it based on level, character class, and need. After this, all remaining items will be stored for future characters/guild members.

At no point is the loot allowed to be sold/traded/given away to non guild members without the consent of the Officers and Guild Master (Mistress in our case).

Anyone who does not heed to this is subject to reimbursement of the item(s) to the guild through any means possible.
(yes, if you sell something from a raid, you have to replace it no matter how much it costs you to replace the item)

Well then I think that should about cover it with Nicol addition and Rywans statement I think we can now consider the a by law of the guild Please state this in the laws that have been posted unoan which also need to be voted on and reposted thanks

All laws already on page now should be viewed by those who are vote on em (red you have a copy in your email already). Then they need to post any changes or suggested in a forum. Then red can either email me the final judgment or post it. With all said and done, the page needs to be critque by all the members, with suggestions and comments posted. I wish i could mind read, but only a couple of ppl have told me what they thought of it. So please, for this page to continue to serve the guild and improve, I need your imput.
