Subject: looking to relocate

We will be relocating to the Scranton area in the next few months. I have been trying to find the best schools district to send my son entering the 10th grade. He is currently involved in computers and taking the Cisco certification at his current school and that is something that I want him to continue. I am looking for some insight on real estae in this area from people who live there, where is the best place to raise a family??
