Hey Krissy,

We miss you so much! But your health has to be number 1. Just get better so that you'll be awesome for regionals. Know that we are thinking of you and really miss you. Thanks for all your support for the team. It means a lot to us. We have been working hard to fix the routine. It's been even harder since Kallie has to be worked out. BUT YOU GUYS NEED TO GET BETTER... MAKE THAT YOUR PRIORITY!!! We love you guys, and miss you guys so much.

We hope to do our best this weekend. It's going to be even tougher then last weekend's competition. Lets stay focused. It's tough, but we can make it through.
