Hey Girls,

Well, this has been a really tough week for all of us, let's look forward to next week, but I really want to touch on everything that's gone on.

Ashton, we will miss you but we respect your decision. I hope I can do a good job as the only captain, and I'm sure Lisa's help will be much appreciated by me.

About Ric, girls, we will make it through. We're going to train with the very best at the PCA gym and we know that winning Nationals seem possible. We will miss Ric, but I have a feeling, better things are lying ahead for us as a team.

To Lakeshore Catholic, thanks for being so awesome to cheer with! Going to the Power Cheer Gym with you will be pretty awesome, can't wait for those long yellow bus rides lol

So, things are new for us again, I hope you can just stay with the team through the stuff we'll be dealing with in the next few weeks, it's going to be hard but our team is strong, so we can do it. I hope you can trust me whole heartedly on being the sole captain. I think I'm loud enough for all of ya lol Trust is what we need right now, trust and belief actually. We need to believe and trust each other and everything God's sending our way. And just imagine how great our success story will be once we win Nationals... we can truly be a Cinderella story. Together we win, so we can't break apart.

I'm really excited to be going to the Ancaster tournament tomorrow. Wish you all could come. I'm sure we'll have great stories for all of you lol
