Subject: The biomechanics of Cheerleading - Discovery Channel

The discovery channel will be airing a show called "The Biomechanics Of Cheerleading" on Monday, January 20th at 7pm and 11pm on the show, Daily Planet. For those who don't have the discovery channel, it will air at 10am on CTV. The show features the mechanics behind cheerleading and how it affects our bodies. One of the squads featured is the University Of Western Ontario Cheerleaders and one of our new coaches, Trace. It should be really interesting to see why we hurt and what tumbling, stunting and all that does to us. Watch for some really wicked stuff, if it's anything like what Western did at University Nationals, it'll be amazing.

Hope you watch the show,
Amanda
