If your message did not get posted please review the rules and regulations section under the heading. After reviewing those rules and these guidelines you can resubmit your message until it does get approved.

Keep these things in mind:

* Are you bashing someone? Are you bashing an ex-member, a current member of the SCC or Sri himself? What is the tone of your message? Did you make an accusation without giving first hand proof?
* Are you making allegations from second hand information? If so state that you are and that you assume something is true because of various reasons. In this situation you have to be incredibly delicate as second hand information can easily be libelous.
* Are you phrasing questions in such a way that seems accusatory without any evidence or proof? Are you speculating? If so then please be more delicate as to how you broach the subject. Even if you phrase your allegation as a question it can still be considered libel.
* Is your posting "on topic"?
* Can your message be interpreted as libel according to U.S. Laws? Do a search on the Internet regarding libel laws to familiarize yourself with libel.
* Are you making assumptions and mixing it in with fact?
* You have to clearly define what is an assumption. Please realize that if you are stating something which is an assumption you could be close to writing libel. If something is factual clearly define why it is factual, and do not mix conjecture with your factual statements.

I hope that this message board can stay alive! Let us abide by the U.S copyright and libel laws. Even though Sri is a religious leader and a public figure, we have to realize that under U.S. Law he is still a "person". These libel laws are ten times more stringent when it comes to his disicples. If you disguise someone with an a*** then give other details about their personality or where they work then this is still libel. For example: The president of this country, Mr. B*** is a real A** and f***** . Well this is not a great example, but you get the point I hope. As all the message boards are getting shut down we have to ask ourselves why. Good luck and good typing!
