Subject: The MWAS Story

It was a harsh autumn night but our eyes met over a crowded room and, despite the unnerving presense of hyped up punks all around me, I was totally at one with myself as I had found complete inner enlightenment. For now I had found the dream pairing infront of my very eyes. Lushes lips cupped round their massive instruments they play like they are pocessed by the Gods themselves. Micheal Ward, the apponymous hero, sways to the ska beat has he arches his back to thrust himself, with all his might, into one of his rambling trumpet solos. And Paul Burton, oh yes, Paul Burton, where would the band would be without him?!? (He does have good ideas Greg, believe me, he does!) Paul's slide trombone.....he wa-waas the way we have become accustomed to. He has his own style, his own personality and his own copy of Tom Jones' Greatest Hits (is that an oxymoron?) And they play well into the night....making women orgasm at every piece of attire lost and bringing every man in the house off as they reach for the highest and hardest notes.....
