I don't recognize your name so I don't remember telling you that your roof would be done in one day if you went with us. I can't speak for other companies but I am too proud to do sloppy work. I advertise that many roofs can be done in one day. I'm racking my brain to try to remember your house when I gave you an estimate but I can't recall. If I told you it would be done in one day, we can do it in one day. I am a perfectionist and no matter how long someone else will take to roof your house they will not be able to exceed the level of workmanship that I dedicate to my jobs. There is nothing that I have more confidence in then that our workmanship cannot be exceeded because we are at the top of our game. I can say this as the owner of this roofing company because I am on your job. Check with my references. Look at my photo gallery. I take photos of the roof through out the whole process of roofing your house from on the roof. Those photos are reduced in size to 1/4 of their original size for use on this website. They don't hide nothing. I am so proud of my work I enthusiastically enjoy homeowners coming up on the roof and seeing quality work at its best. I love pessimistic homeowner that want to pick my work apart. They are the customers that appreciate me the most.

To this question: "will the work be sloppy if the old roof is torn off and the new one installed all in the same day?" If it can be done in one day at our standards of quality it will not be sloppy or else it won't be done in one day. Either way, it will not be sloppy.

To this question: "My concern is the task time of a re roof?" I'm sorry if you think it should take us longer. If they take longer then us the most they can hope to do is match the quality of our workmanship. If you could only see us work.

To this question: "I am assuming it will be a 4 to 6 man crew performing the job?" We just completed a 26sq "composition off / composition on" in a day and a half with five guys. I went to high school with one of these guys and trained him to roof when I was 19 to roof. Another one I worked at a company with us from back in the late 80s and have known him for over a decade. Us three are all over 30yrs old and share over 40yrs of experience between us. We are friends and they don't do me wrong. The other two were 20yr old kids that we have for the grunt work. They don't get nails guns to install the roofing. When we are ready to roof they continue cleaning up the ground and filling the truck then once that is completed they come back up on the roof and feed us installer material until the roof is completed. We are experienced, we know what we are doing and how to put the man power to use for optimum performance.

Ask me what you want to know. Go through this forum and see if that can assure you that I know what I'm doing. If you have one of the CD-ROMs I give out from when I gave you the estimate call some of the references I have listed there.

We want to roof your house,
Tim Soth / A Roofer
