If the pitch is 6/12 with the roof size is 2500sq ft (not the house's sq footage) to remove the composition and install the CertainTeed Landmark 30yr Laminate with a 10yr workmanship warranty and the 30yr manufacturer's warranty would cost you $4250 from us. This is including all the bells and whistles that we include with our standard installation. 30lb felt paper, valley metal (not comp), gable metal, starter metal, and all new vents and pipe flashings with the complete removal and installation photographed and presented to homeowner on a PHOTO CD in JPG format.

You can view CertainTeed Landmark 30 in our SAMPLES & EXAMPLES section. A cheaper 30yr three tab would cost $240 less and 15lb felt instead of the 30lb would also be about $100 less. I recommend against going this cheap. There is also another 20yr three tab that is $310 less then the 30yr laminate but I am prone to walk away from a job before doing something this low of a grade. Its worth a lot more then the price difference for the upgrade.

Thanks for your inquiry,
Tim Soth / A Roofer
