We need some sort of framework for this. Is it just a fleet vrs fleet battle, or are there planets (and therefore resources) involved?

In a fleet vrs fleet battle, then we have to get some idea of how many ships the Dominion had. We know that there were
nearly 3000 ships in the fleet that was coming through the wormhole alone. Then there would be the ships that were already in the Alpha Quadrant, and those in the Gamma. In my personal opinion, there should be at least as many ships back in the Gamma quad as there were in the fleet that tried to come through. Then we know there were at least 1200 ships already in the Alpha quadrant. That gives us something like 8000 ships.

Then the thread specified that it was "every ship the Dominion EVER built", so we have to count all the ships they have had in the past and scrapped or have been destroyed.

So how long has the Dominion been around, and how many ships has it ever built? I think it would be very fair say that it would be a lot. Further, I think we can safely assume that we can double or triple or quadruple the 8000 number to account for that without too much disagreement.

So the question becomes, could 50ISDs and 1 SSD destroy something like 18,000-32000 Dominion ships with just 51 ships?

Given the Jem'Hadar willingness to sacrifice themselves to kill the enemy, I personally wouldn't give the Imperial force a snowflakes chance in hell.
