Bringing a Sith onto the ISD would seem a little unfair. After all, there are only two of them in the entire Galaxy! what are the odds of one being on board? :)

I think they would do reasonably well. After all, just one was able to completely defeat over 1000 crew on a Galaxy class. Yes there are a lot more people on an ISD (36000 crew + 9700 stormtroopers), but then there are 25 Angosians. I think the main Imperial advantage here is their ruthlessness. The Feds kept trying to stun him, even after they knew how cunning he was. The Imps would be firing to kill pretty much from the start.
