[> Subject: There is no diversity because Sherry prefers to keep things within Hagerstown and Cumberland. Thankfully we do have a few volunteers doing great work in the rest of the state but really the leaders need to be the ones forging contacts in the diverse Capital region as well as Baltimore. A few well-meaning volunteers aren't going to do the trick - it has to come from the very top.
