Unfortunately, you're asking a question wel still are looking to answer since a number of years now.
The Albatros DIII planes seems to have been uncolored concerning the fuselage for the part from the engine till just before the concpit. From that part on the fuselage seems to have been very colorfull in some cases.
However I strongly suspect that the planes that were no longer used by the Marine Feldjasta went to the Seefrosta, and remained in the colors they had at the MFJ.
But still is a questionmark.
