Don't feel too bad, you are not the only one in this boat. We were given a PC for Christmas 2yrs. ago, turn it on here, turn it off here, this is how to get e-mail, see you later, have to get back to Conn. What I picked up was by trial & error & error & error!! Wish I could help more, could be we'll have to break down and take a course for Dummies only! Hopefully Mikey & Rick can HELP us out!!
Later-- Love. JEG

[> Help me please -- Rick, 06:28:28 09/12/02 Thu

Your beyond help! 8)

If yourh aving problems posting pictures just let me know I can help you with this, as for the MSN chat thing, just click on the chat and it should open the window up and show it is getting connected etc. Without knowing operating systems and browser versions (if your using AOL this changes alot) its hard to exactly explain it step by step... I'll try and post how to post the picutres you want to post its basicly create a folder for MSN (Like I did with the 11 pictures, give it a unique name, then choose to Add pictures to it, once you do this MSN will give youa speil about how good and godly it is and needs to send you this special browser to upload your pictures with, you say yes then install it (its automatic) and thn you select which pictures from your computer system you want to upload to them.

On the newsfront: I'm bringing upa bit of news that I'm really proud of... And I think even your Ma would be proud of (she might not have understood my love for the machines but she knew I loved them.) I'm now an A+ Ceritfied technician. What this means is basicly I'm considered a guy who knows a bit about everything when it comes to machines. Hardware/software wise... My scores were 730/1300 for OS Core and 978/1300 for hardware core exam..

Now before you think thats low, the A+ certification works in what is called a progressive method. Each question on the test if you answer the last one correctly is made a bit harder. You can never attain a 1300 score really (basicly impossible since each question is worth a point value usually a score is considered worthy of X amount od points, to pass on the OS I needed 600, got 730 with a max score of 1300 possible (if I got all the hardest questions in a row) for the hardware, I needed 596, got 978 out of a possible 1300 again though, this is assuming they asked all the hardest questions...

Anyways I made it I passed I'm happy. :-)

Sorry I haven't been posting so much lately nor has Michelle but our lives have been a bit of a turmoil.
