I live in Lynchburg,Va.I think it is up to $500.00 here.I have a question if you dont mind.Often I see a person car parked in a disable spot,I cant wait for the person to move because Ill be blocking up the parking lot,and the people are there too long.but the police take too long to get there.What can be done.
