The knight calmly sips his tea as the thing is thrown in front of him and then with lightning fast reflexes it jumps back upon arc, ignoring the blasts as it is encased in a black shield, and repenetrates the skull of the crazed man.
The knight shrugs and then bites his sandwich, chews reflectively and says

"Dont resist Arc you will just make him angrier, and he can kill you rather easily...this turkey is a bit dry."

The knight sets down his sandwich and makes a new one from beef.
