She looked around, the city was quite different that what she had expected, after hearing the talk of the merchants in Scanra. It was quite peaceful, even with all the hustle and bustle of town life. She wondered if the castle life was much the same. Never being in a castle, except for one social gathering when she was a little one. She didnt recall liking it that much. Hopefully this one was different.

After passing the guards at the gate, she found it quite splendid within the walls. There were people, who all seemed kind enough, and wonderful gardens to stroll through. She wondered what the king was like, but she didnt think he'd want to meet her today, and she hadn't really thought of what to say, or how to ask for a possible job within the castle library or something. She didnt just want to be a Lady that lived here in Guardia, she wanted to have something to do, and maybe be commended for...

Yeh, that'll happen soon, she thought, shaking her head. Adjusting her specs, she found everything positively perfect for a life here. Maybe this was where she'd start over again.
