"scimitars are easier to maneuver and lighter..plus the slight curve to the blade makes it easier to 'slash' for lack of another term ye might understand..also, you'll notice that they're not as curved as regular scimitars, this is so that the curve shant hinder the 'thrust' of the blade...a regular blade, say a bastards sword, long sword, or broadsword or harder to maneuver quickly during a fight due to the way they're crafted, shape, and weight.." she halts suddenly, catching herself and chews on her lower lip a second before regaining composure.."so, how long are ye here for?"
