Subject: Always two steps behind....

I was away from these boards for about a week... I have tried very hard to catch up... still I must have missed something! What is going on with Christine??? From what I could gather... Babysitter came in... said she wasn't coming back... (in a nutshell)... some agreed with her, all hell broke lose AGAIN... and this was because of Cats, Coffee and Geri (always a shocker)??? OK NOW... someone correct me if I'm wrong!!!
Here's how I see it... This is such a LARGE group. NOBODY will ever be in total agreement when it comes to... *dealing* with certain posters you may not like (care for, find nerve racking)! Everyone has to do what is "comfortable" for them! It just boggles my mind when people come in and *grandstand* their point of view and the group begins to SPLIT!!!! Why do we split??? Because NOBODY has found the answer when it comes to *how to deal with Geri*... Well, I can't say everyone... just most.
Here's me... I don't dislike Geri, she gets on my nerves!
When my kids get on my nerves, I don't stand in the same room with them... I leave the room! lol... that's how I've been dealing with Geri... the only thing is... Geri never leaves the room SO I rarely go in..lol
Oh, it's such a vicious cycle...lol Will the madness ever end??? NO, I highly doubt it!! lol

I'm afraid the madness is here to stay and so is Geri lol! She's like a fixture over there...those boards are her life. The way I deal with Geri is by simply not responding to her. I refuse to give her the attention that she craves. When people debate a about her on the boards, believe me, she's loving every minute of it. I'm with ya on the "leaving the room" theory. My aggravation level has been off the charts since summer vacation dealing with the kids 24/7 and the smallest things seem to get to me LOL!
