-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------dear sir, my name is mr flory l perone. i reside in oakland ,new jersey usa with my wife and 4 children 2 of whom are handi-capped. i work for the school system here in town for the past 15 years, but in october of 2004 i was diagnosed with esophgeal cancer and underwent a 7 and one half hour operation. i am not able to perform my full duties as a custodian in the school and i was told by my doctor i must go into another field of business. me and my wife have found this childrens craft party store in new york city that will fill our needs for our familes exsistence. my wife is excellent at craft making and was gifted with this talent. we do not have the funds however to buy this business which is an established franchise doing over $200,000 USD YEARLY.our funds are depleted due to medical costs our insurance did not cover. if you can help us in any way it would be greatly appreciated . me and my family can give you very strong references sincerely mr f perone 201-677-92
