Subject: Mortgage Elimination

This is fraudulent garbage. They take your money, then give the bank/mortgage company a forged check to pay off your loan. You receive a fake deed to your property. By the time you and the bank figure it out, the "mortgage elimination" guy is gone and you are liable for criminal and civil penalties.
