Hello! I hope that you can help me. I would like to purchase a home of my own. I'm currently renting a house. I have 3 children, 2 boys and 1 little girl, so I'll need at least a 3 bedroom. I want something that has a nice sized yard and I don't really want to live in town on a busy street. Maybe I would consider a "quiet" neighborhood in town, a residential area. I am more than willing to fix up a house as long as it's not something to terribly expensive; ie: plumbing, electricity, sewage, things along those lines. I would like my children to stay in the same school district if possible. My oldest son is a high-functioning autistic and the school district that he is in now is really great and they have staff there, and grants, that are well-educated and specialize in the area of autism.
