SUPER EASY BANK EVALUATIONS NOW AVAILABLE

On behalf of Consumer Feedback Group (www.consumerfeedbackgroup.com), we have a series of assignments available at a well known banking institution in your area that will run throughout the year. We are looking for shoppers that are serious about their work, can follow simple directions and are wishing to have set list of assignments for the end of the year. An overview of the assignments and directions on how to apply are listed below.

Assignment Brief: Shopper will be posing as an existing or potential customer, you will be evaluating the level of customer service provided to you by an associate at your assigned branch. Various scenarios are available for each shopper to use. You may be assigned a teller or sales evaluation. In addition, you will inspect the overall facility maintenance. These are very easy banking shops. You may select more than one location should you wish. You must have an ATM compatible card from any bank for this assignment. You will NOT be making a transaction simply inserting your card to navigate the screens and make sure they work. You do NOT have to be a customer of this bank.
Many of these shops average about 5 to 30 mins each depending on the level of business at the time you enter the bank.
Many shops can turn into a regular monthly route for shoppers throughout the span of this contract.
The report form is mostly YES and NO answers, with only 2 or 3 sentences to give a description.
These shops are ideal for the route shoppers and/or the new shoppers just beginning
Once shopper is trained and comfortable multiple shops can be assigned to one shopper
Dates: ongoing

Time: Anytime during normal business hours of the branch

Pay: $ 20.00 Flat Fee
