heavy woodlands take up much of the small island of Chincoteague, though predominantly they are situated on the western center of the land. These woods are populated with equine and deer, avian and wild feline types at the best of times. Wolves and feral dogs have not yet been sighted. No steed has claimed these lands; alas.
