Subject: Welcome to the EMS-17 online calendar

At the last meeting I spoke up and mentioned we could establish an online calendar for everyone to access via the internet. Although we can include many things on the calendar it is mainly to help keep up with who is scheduled to work and when. I will update this at least once a week to start and more often if needed.

You will not be able to add or edit listings so email them to me at prichard@datasync.com put EMS-17 in the subject and I will reply to you confirming I have updated the listing.

At this point I have set the format to show an AM and a PM shift entry. These will only show if someone is on the schedule to work. A blank day indicates an open shift(s).

This calendar is totally free to us but this discussion board will cost $30 a year if we choose to keep it beyond the 30 day evaluation period.
