Subject: POSITOUCH windows 2000

I just upgraded my system to win2k
and ran spcwin it says i need the key when i know the key is connected. i need help

You have probably already resolved this but if not, the problem is most likely that you do not have the 32-bit key drivers, which would probably be needed with Windows 2000. You should be able to get these from whoever provides technical support for your system.
