Hmm... diddn't know there was anybeast here, wot? Thought they were all in Mossflower. *Whips out his jewel hilted sword which was made by one of his badger friends a long time ago** I'm no good at arrows, old chap, but I always liked the sword. Pity I haven't eaten in a while ... I'm always tired and weak. **Looks at her miserably** But... I'm good at throwing knives. *Draws three tiny silver daggers from his belt* I'll match you at throwing at that target over there, and you can shoot the arrows,if you're up for it, wot wot. Whats ya name, anyway?

*the albino otter maid looks happly at the hare. She is tall with wight fur but strangly enough she has dark blue eyes. She wheres a blue Jerkin that fits tightly on her and some large hoop earing are on her ears. Her bow is light waight and made from a willow bow and her arrows are large and have blue feathers. She wags her tail happly like a proper riverdog*

Fine meetin yah, Rivermist,wot wot! My official title is Iceblood Stag Hare, a noble ancestor of Basil Stag Hare, comrade of Matthias the Warrior, wot wot! My grandsire fought in the Long Patrol and I took up his leadership as Admiral until I found Fort Dawn. *inspects each of his knives* Hmmm... haven't thrown in years. *shrugs* I guess I can do somewhat of a job. *looks out of one eye down at the target* Yes, very good. Oh, I guess I better bally throw it! *draws his arm back and prepares to throw* *without warning whips the knife forward and it lands only a tiny bit from the center of the target* Well, I suppose that would do, 'tis not my best throw. Don't usually use knives, most often my trusty old sword. But I'll let you go now, Rivermist, and see if you can better my shot, wot wot?!

*she draws back her large eligant bow which had been skillfully crafted by herself. She notchies a long perfictly staight arrow into the bow, it's blue feathers are straight and smooth. She draws it back slowly, the mucles in her arm flex alittle showing brut otter streangth. Her odd blue eyes look down the shaft with expertest, than she lets it fly. It lands right on the end of Iceblood Stag Hares knife directly in the center*
That is what I was aming for!

How many shafts should we let fly?

*the hare shrugs* When we were in the Long Patrol we usually would do six altogether - the number of lines in our marching song. But its always up to you - whoever proposed the match. By the way, fine shot, m'gel! That's top material fit for the Patrol, wot wot! Now suppose its my turn again. *The hare points at the target with his knife and then aims for the center. It lands exactly on the other side of Rivermist's bow* You're turn now, m'gel, wot wot!
