Good call on the Superman vs Batman, but even though Goku is great Superman could beat him.
It would be very close, and it is not a sure victory for either combatant, but look at the stats:

both have super-strengh (you can argue this either way)
both have super-speed, but Superman can go fast enough to time travel
both are skilled, but this is a judgement call Goku=martial arts for life Superman=1000 years of training in Valhallia
Superman would crush Goku in a long fight, Superman can fight nonstop for days, can't say tha for Goku
Goku has beam attacks, but do you really think that a solar battery like superman would be too damaged by that + instant transmission will help him out
Superman has heat vision, and can last in space without anything to support him

You decide

Dude, Goku would kick superman's ass!! When he absorbed the dragonballs in GT he became immortal. Even before the Cell saga he could destroy planets like playthings. Goku can go a lot faster than Supes in SSJ4, way faster than the speed of light! Supes would get a few punches in, but that would just piss off Goku and he would get stronger.

I don't want to say it would be an easy fight for either but Superman would beat Goku hands down.

This is a response to Jorge Miguel. Look, I know that GT is shit, but its still part of the series whether you like it or not, so you have to count it. And, what you said about Superman recharching from the son, Goku would just Instant Transmission Superman,when he wasn't looking 'cause he cant sense energy, to under a red sun. Then Superman would get all weak and Goku would kick his ass. Or goku would just get a handful of cryptonite (since there happens to be so much on Earth) and then he kill him. And like I said before Goku became immortal after absorbing the Dragonballs

Goku has more power when it comes to projectiles and the sheer destructive power, yet when you think about physical strength, Superman is pretty much unstopable, he fights with gods to standstills, he can destroy planets and then live in the vacuum. Also Superman is simply physically stronger, when it comes to brute strength very few people even come close, Goku might come near.....Its a pretty tough choice.
