This is to ghaleon (no... not the guy in lunar, the idiot who said supes is way stronger)

first off... the guy exaggerated supes strength. If Supes was that strong to lift 40 billion tons avg... he woulda beat anyone he would've faced... according to the marvel site... even the Incredible Hulk can't do that... Hulk does about 125 tons when he's angry while IronMan and the other strong people life around 70 tons.
As for goku... he can barely pick up a glass cup with his hands at super saiyan level. Each stomp to the ground of a super saiyan cause a meteor crator as seen from the Legendary SSJ Brolly... and goku at SSJ 3 is more Powerful
I'm not gonna go towards GT cause that was just an extension or was just weird since i felt that dragonball shoulda just ended at Z when Kid Buu dies.

Supes is fast and I'll give u that but his speed was portrayed weirdly. In the first movie i think... lois dies from the earthquake and you see supes spinning around the earth so fast as to reverse time. But travelling at that speed... he can't fight at that speed... he's not like flash and that's not supes strength... his style isn't running around chicken giving sucker punches... flash does that. In a cartoon episode(Supes seem to be weaker in the cartoons anyway) Supes even askes how how flash got out of the icicle. Which means that Supes only knows how to use his speed to some extent. Flash and Supes has the same speed imo but flash knows how to utilize it better.

Goku on the other hand fights so fast that it's hardly viewable. Remember the Cell Fight between Goku and Cell... they were fighting at unbelievable speeds... supes can't fly and fight at the same time... to much of his concentration is put towards speed flying.

And Supe gets hurt. In Superman IV that solar guy stratched supes with his gay hands and supes got some sort of fever from that. Sorta tells you that even the incredible supes from the movies (which supes was the strongest imo speaking all types of language and crap) can still be hurt without having to use kryptonite. Heck I'm sure Doomsday didn't use Krytonite to beat supes but dooms is a kyptonian fungus of a creature so it's kinda... its like a lion atking a human since they both originally kryptonic organisms.

Like Doomsday, Goku gets stronger each time he gets slapped around! Why you think goku likes to get SLAPPED AROUND ALL THE TIME! and putting his life on the line. The critical fights he gets into makes him stronger afterwards so getting beat up helps him. This is a reason why they fight... then trashtalk some more and fight again... then eat a sensu bean... goku becomes even STRONGER!!! ...thus prolonging the battle for about 10 more episodes.
This also explains why goku is slightly stronger than veggie sense most of vegeto's fights are short and goku had fun in the afterlife fighting a lookalike piccolo.

Goku shoots his fieballs SO FAST that once supes gets caught in the barrages which he mostly does anyway as supes evade rate just sucks...(as seen in the movie AND the JLA cartoons, regular supes Cartoon) the fireballs will pound supes till he either yells out MERCY!!! or gets a seizure from it.

that fireball thing about sums it up on who's gonna win... It's obvious that saiyans will win... especially goku.
BTW... they's no way in hell Supes can beat Majin Buu. His only projectile which is that laser zap his does(stimulated when thinking about Lois and getting a hard on)is too small and useless to be of much effect to completely put away buu. And goku at least has a chance to beat buu with the genki dama.
