Remember, the pussy you see on the Justice League and on Smallville is not really Superman. Superman not only has super powers that would fry the bats in a heartbeat, but he has 100X the intellect with his super-intellect. The JLA treats Superman like a weak idiot because if he were full strength and intellect, there would be no need for the others. The only one to have a chance against Superman is the Silver Surfer. He has powers of the mind that could mislead into a state of thought that he was not fighting at all. Norin-Radd has the ability to transmute the elements.
